Affiliate disclosure
Capilano Suspension Bridge Tickets takes part in the GetYourGuide affiliate programme. If you book a tour or a ticket after clicking a link on this site, GetYourGuide pays me a small commission. You pay exactly what you would have paid going to them directly.
How it works
Every booking link and availability widget here goes to GetYourGuide, a licensed online travel agency, using one partner id. There is no other affiliate network on this site and no sponsored placement: nobody has paid to appear on the all-tours page or to be reviewed on the reviews page.
Why it does not bend the advice
The plainest evidence is that the pages I push hardest earn the least. The free alternative page sends people to Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge, which is free and pays nothing, and is it worth the money tells a chunk of readers to keep their CAD $76.95. Reviews list what each tour does badly as well as what it does well, and the one private option on this site has two reviews, which I say every time it comes up rather than dressing it as a top pick.
Where the figures come from
Prices, ratings and review counts are read off the live GetYourGuide activity pages and the park’s own web store. Tour prices are quoted in USD because that is what the booking widgets quote; the park’s gate prices are in CAD and are always labelled CAD so the two are never confused. Numbers move — if you spot one that has, tell me.
Frequently asked questions
Do I pay more by booking through this site?
No. The price is the same as booking on GetYourGuide directly; the commission comes out of their margin, not your wallet. The cost page compares those prices against paying at the gate in CAD.
Does a tour operator pay to be recommended here?
No. No operator has paid for placement, a review or a ranking, and operator names are not used anywhere on the site. The order on the all-tours page follows what suits which traveller, not commission.
Why do some pages recommend not booking anything?
Because that is often the right answer. If you have a car and a tight budget, Lynn Canyon is free and pays this site nothing. A guide that only ever says yes is not worth reading.
